Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using LockScreen Calendar ("the App" or "the Service").
1. Definitions
- Application means the software program LockScreen Calendar, provided by the Company and downloaded by you on any electronic device.
- Application Store means the digital distribution service (e.g., Apple App Store) where the Application has been downloaded.
- Company (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") refers to LockScreen Calendar / the operator of the App.
- Service refers to the Application and related services.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
2. Acknowledgment
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
3. Use of the Service
You may use the App to create calendar wallpapers for your device lock screen. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service in any way that could harm the App, other users, or third parties.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
5. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of any third-party content or services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months, or 100 USD if you have not paid anything.
8. "AS IS" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding its conflict of law rules. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
10. Disputes
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (e.g., in the App or on this page). By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
